Larix gmelinii ‘Miss Vicky’

Miss Vicky Dahurian Larch

This slow-growing larch is a very unique find! Originating as a witch’s broom discovered by Dennis Hermsen at an arboretum in Madison, Wisconsin and named for his youngest daughter. This Siberian species is hardy to Zone 1! It is the first larch to emerge in the spring, and the last one to lose its needles in the autumn. A true collector’s find!
